TEJAS filed complaint against Airtel Bharti Company on Apr 7, 2020

Last Month, I had placed an request Airtel Internet connection and reference number for the same is CAF Number ********** (Payment details enclosed). Airtel representative Sundar ph ********** told that you will get refund for the same due to no connection provided. I latter came to know that Airtel doesn't provide refund nor does it take the complaint in this regard. I tried through all the means phone and email but they never speak to the topic. Why is that they dont confirm that they will not be billing me for not providing the services. I also requested for refund form which I can fill and submit it to get the entire amount refunded but non on the escalation officers are responding. Please call me on ********** and help me in this regard. Can I expect response from the company to my email id tejasinindia@gmail.com. I can also show the list of correspondence made. Please ask Airtel to provide complaint tracking number for this issue which is always being denned over the email and phone
