Today it's been more than ** days i haven't received any refund and the customer care representative just procrastinating my refund and they have no such intention to refund.
I have made a call everyday till now and just to call them it takes ** minutes to approach them and sometimes not.
I want my money back because i am really in a need of it and this money means a lot for me.
A warning to varafi that i am gonna lodge an FIR against the agency if not credited within * day for sure.
