Asif Rangooni filed complaint against Varafi on Jun 21, 2023
I had booked * tickets for Srinagar to Pune on **th December **** through Varafi. Spent Rs. ***** on the tickets.
One day before the departure on **th March ****, got a call from Varafi support that my ticket is aborted and cannot travel through that ticket.
And they will refund my money in * to * days.
But it is around more than * months they have not refunded my money.
I have called their customer support numerous times and also sent an emails to their support mail but they are just saying money will be refunded in * to * days.
This is to be dealt very strictly as they are cheating people and not giving back my hard earned money.
