Puranik Builders - No refund for booking amount from Puranik Builders

We (Me and my husband) visited Puranik Builders sales office in Thane in Vartak Nagar on **th May ****,the new construction named "Puranik Grand Central" and was greeted by Mr.Ashutosh, who provided us information about the various features and gave us a demo of the sample flats. But we did not like smaller kitchen and we did not want to take decision in hurry and in just *-* hours of discussion.
We informed about this to Ashutosh and Miss. Priyanka who is his manager and told them we did not have cheque book/cash with us , but both of them told us that just give some token amount and book the property as it was the prime location and real estate rate would tend to increase when you visit within next week as well. You would never get this price again. Both of them had never highlighted ,this token amount money would not be refundable if we fail to complete the deal.
Their Banker also had shown us some calculation that we agreed and paid Token amount Rs.*,**,*** through online payment mode.
Within only one day visit of just *-* hours in the evening, we had taken such decision and lost almost * Lakh Rupees which is not much significant amount for One of the Topmost builders like Puranik , but it is very significant amount for common man like us.

Still both of these sales officer had convinced us so well that we were ready to book the flat.
Then after returning home we discussed about huge EMI we have to bear on every month and CASH component that we had to pay till possession that was nearly impossible for us to pay and it was far away from puranik's banker's calculation, Then we decided, with this huge financial burden we could not go further and we could not put our whole family in financial crisis.

As some medical emergency was also going on in our family ,We decided to cancel this deal and asked for Refund of token amount.
I visited puranik vartak nagar's sale office personally within * days and informed respective sales manager that we were unable to proceed with this deal and kindly cancel booking.
Also for confirmation I sent a cancellation email on **th May ****, to puranik's CRM team for which there was no reply at all.

After that I personally visited puranik's CRM office which is located at kasarvadavali and submitted request letter for asking token amount refund. still there answer was same. We did not have refund policy.
If they do not have such refund policy ,then on very first day ,they should have clear it before paying the token amount. How would common people knows about such Builder's Policy.
After taking our hard earned money ,now they are saying ,such refund policies are not exist.
Within very short span of time We lost our * Lakh rupees ,which is very significant amount for a common man.

Also They are not giving contact no. of any Authorized and responsible person who can give us the answer.
Their employees like sales manager and CRM team only knows one answer that they do not have refund policy.
We felt, We are cheated with such behavior and really frustrated with such behavior from well-known builder.
Kindly help me to get my refund.
