Yatra Com - No refund even after 3 month of flight cancelled

Hello,

I would like to complain about Yatra.com as they have not initiated my refund for cancelled flight for Jan ****.
On top of it yatra do not provide timely and appropriate response instead it provides fake and misleading statement of its company.
I have been emailing since Jan **** for my refund.

They do not provide response over email firstly nor they provide correct response.
Sometime they say my all booking has been cancelled and refund is initiated and will received in *-** days.
whereas I had only cancelled one ticket after communicating the same they do not even responds as what is the status or any information about my cancelled flight.

After * months they responded that my refund is done and from bank it will take *-* days, today its more than a month and even after following up I get no response from such reputed firm.

I see immense disinterest towards customers concern and they do not even value the customer or do any efforts to retain them.
Please help me to get refund from Yatra.
