Byjus ias - No Refund and deduction of EMI s

Since last *.* months trying contact you with my process of cancellation daily I am calling byjus they are scheduling calls from your team but I am not recieveing any calls and specially my EMI's are deducting and my refund is also not still given back So what is the it's not working from your side should I want to make complain for this issue at very harsh level ...
Since last many days I have literally begging on you teams members to please do my cancellation process but they are just making me fake promises about that process and my EMI's are deducting and did not even received my refund..
Please before I go for any police station complain on byjus on serious note, need call or my refund and stopped EMI's from Byjus as per all my customer rights I want my money back and all deducted EMI's and refund as well .
