Ordered a coffee table on **th April **** with full payment done on the website. The order was confirmed through email with delivery promise in **-** days. No sign of delivery even after ** days, finally had to cancel the order on *th May. The cancellation also took lot of time and finally after much follow-up got the cancellation confirmation on **th May. As per the brand's policy, the refund should take *-* working days.. but till today no refund is done. Have been following up for more than a month now over emails, customer support, but only get to hear false promises and lies. Please help in getting my money back,
