Nice Maple - Delivery of a defective and damaged product

My *-seater sofa was delivered in Gurgaon after a delay of * days after infinite follow ups. The sofa received was in a defective state(attaching pictures). I sent them an email right away with list of all the defects and the team from Nice Maple physically inspected and acknowledged all the concerns. They have picked up the sofa and are hell bent in replacing the same same sofa after fixing it and not at all honoring their return policy which states "..*-day return policy, in case of different, damage or defective item".
