On ** October ****, I paid Rs. ****, in full to Triple Play Broadband Pvt. Ltd. for a new broadband connection at Apex The Kremlin, Siddharth Vihar, Near Noida Sector **, Ghaziabad, UP.
I was told by the salesman, Mr Ajay Singh, that the wifi will be installed the next day, I had the grah pravesh pooja on November * ****, so I was pretty optimistic about having the connection by then.
The broadband was not installed on ** October or on ** or before the pooja on * November or as I'm writing this, on ** December ****.
I called Mr. Ajay Singh over ** times, he refused to pick up my phone. I messaged him, I was left on seen. Good that it was on WhatsApp and I have the proof of how the company handles its customers after cheating them of their hard earned money.
I took on the case with their Customer Care team instead which several times assured me that my broadband will be installed but nothing came out of it.
The company is absolutely incompetent and should not be trusted with your money.
After tons of emails, and a lot of phone calls with false promises from Triple Play Broadband Pvt. Ltd. around * December I was told that the company will refund the amount, and I had to send the bank details. I did on the same day.
No refund was processed, just a false email again that my refund will be given. I emailed again on December *, this time threatening legal action, and received the same email of 'sorry for the delay, your refund will be processed'.
Today is ** December ****, I'm sending my last and final email to Triple Play Pvt. Ltd, this time informing about all the legal ways that I will be moving forward with, along with that, I'm filing this complaint with Voxya in hope that I will get my money back.
This harassment, fraud and cheating has been tough and I have no other option left other than seeking legal recourse.
