I booked a flight via happy easy go from Mumbai to Banglore for **th May. Due to covid-** situation it got cancelled. I called them on **th May and they raised ticket stating that I will receive a mail for confirmation. I didn't receive any mail and i called them several times. They have same answer, I will receive a mail regarding confirmation. Now tickets price has been raised *times more than the day I requested for flight. I told them that price will be increased and I guess they are waiting for this.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
