- No proper service even after taking money Open
On **nd June, I raised a complaint for my D*H not giving proper signal and a technician visited my premises and replaced LMB and even confirmed that within *month if the LMB is not working fine and still you are getting the same issue, then the service charge will not be taken.
After that I have faced the same signal not available issue multiple times, even though weather conditions are completely fine and when I contacted the D*H customer care over call, they are again asking me Rs. *** for service charge and not giving proper response to my issue.
She kept my call on Hold for nearly **min and no response even after that.
