Product: Sony HI H*** hi-res wireless earphones.
Received (COD) product on **st Aug **** (Sat) and paid money. Opened the box and found it empty, two hours later after completing some urgent work. Tried to send a complaint to support@dealclear.com the next day but couldn't send due to a 'large image size' error. Used a compression app and managed to send complaint along with the Gmail error and attachment by *st Sept. Waiting for a reply since then.
Also sent mail for follow up still no response. Their calling number is not working.

I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
