I have ordered F&d speakers for ₹**** on **-*-****. As there is no response on delivery I have called customer care on **-*-****. He said it os out of stock. Then I said to cancle my order and return money. He told he will do that. But everyday he is postponing. Now he is not lifting call or replying to whatsapp messages.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
