I subscribed for zee*-airtel thanks complimentary offer on **march**** (Rs**) with no auto renewal. It auto renewed itself the next month, I called airtel but they said the tie-up between zee* & airtel is now over and we cannot help you unsubscribe from our end you'll have to contact zee*, which I tried by email because their is no other way to contact zee*. Every bill has no auto renewal mentioned in it but still it renewes itself, I literally tried every way to stop the subscription, everything! even I called TRAI but they disconnect me halfway! I am really frustrated now, I am being charged for Rs** till today(**july****) & just got a text from zee* that your subscription will renew from tomorrow, this is really annoying! The interesting thing is airtel charges me Rs** in my monthly rental(postpaid) & they cannot stop it or even raise my complaint! Nor they help me with this. Zee* don't have a customer care number! Only way to contact them is email which I never got a reply till date. I request Voxya me help me in this matter and raise complaint against zee* and airtel.
