Paytm Mall - No one turned up to pick up an approved return request

We have ordered Balloon arch stand kit in paytm mall on *th may **** bearing an order ID: ********** and we received it on *th May ****. Upon receiving we identified that the product is not so good in quality and it doesn't fit my requirement at all.
Hence place a return request on the same day. It says return request has been approved and it may take * days to complete the transaction. Since then till date, no one turned up to pick it up and I was so pissed off with calling paytm customer care numerous times. The amount was deducted from my account on *th May and I supposed to get this amount back by **th or **th of May ****. But no response as of now. Each time I called paytm customer care they dropped me a message with a complaint number and the very next day another message says that was closed.
