IDEA and VODAFONE
- No Internet and Customer Service Cheating Customers Open
*. In past, we were given SIM cards with lifetime validity. Then why are we forced to give Rs. ** for validity per month.
*. I use both IDEA and VODAFONE SIM cards.*. I do recharge for using internet too Rs. *** per month for each SIM cards. *.IDEA sim I'm not able to access internet for last one month properly.IDEA Customer Care informed that they would be able provide proper internet service only after * months.(May be after three months another * months or * year ! who cares?)
*. VODAFONE: When I was not able to get internet properly for last one week.I tried to register complaint calling VODAFONE Customer Care.
*.When I called Vodafone , I was not able to connect to Customer Care Representative to register a complaint. ( SO I DON"T HAVE ANY PROOF TO SUBMIT-REFERENCE NO etc.)
*. When I select option for talking to Customer Service Representative nothing happens. It just repeats the computer voice- Offers and all.
I believe they have removed the facility purposefully but with whose permission ??
*.But I was able to recharge Vodafone Sim for Rs. *** online ..It works perfectly. So problem is only with Customer service side.Payment to them is working correctly.

i also have complaint about transfer of sim which was in my brother name ie Late shri Arvind kumar tamrakar i had visit idea store ranital but Miss Swati gupta has no idea how and what to do in such case i have complaint id no s*-********...
