Aji filed complaint against IDEA and VODAFONE on Apr 20, 2022
On Feb **th **** I have paid my bill amount and requested for PORT. (I have informed network issue and improper monthly bill)
A customer executive called me when i paid for a sim of Airtel and asked for the reason of PORT. The guy offered me two months non payment offer (Do not pay the bill for two months)
March ** **** I received the bill and i called to customercare and asked about the offer they offered and they less some amount. Again April ** **** received another bill without the offer.
Very sad that the customer care team never done a call back as per my request since today.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
