It's been over ** days since I paid the money for new broadband connection and the agent keeps telling that he will come and install the connection today but no one visited my place till date. The agent is not even picking the call many times and he is switching off his mobile during the working hours.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
