I HAVE ORDERED WRAP PAPER TO PRINTLAND,(ORDER NUM= *********) PAID THE CHARGES,BUT SINCE **TH NOV NO UPDATES FROM PRINTLAND AND NO RESPONSE FROM THE CUSTOMER SUPPORT ALSO.
I HAVE ORDER THE PAPERS FOR SOME SPECIAL OCCASION.
I HAVE E MAIL THE CONCERN ISSUE BUT NO REPLY FROM PRINTLAND.
WATSAPP NUM ALSO NOT REPLYING.
CUSTOMER SUPPORT SAY THE THERE SYSTEM IS DOWN, ANOTHER TIME ONE EXECUTIVE JUST PICK THE CALL AND KEPT IT ASIDE, AS I COULD HERE THE BACKGROUND CHAOS OF THEIR COLLEAGUES, I KEPT ON SAYING HALLO...HALLO..BUT NO RESPONSE GIVEN. FINALLY I DISCONNCT THE CALL.
BY SEEING ALL THIS I FEEL LIKE GOT CHEATED, PRINTLAND IS A FRAUD COMPANY JUST MAKING FOOL TO PEOPLE.
KINDLY TAKE STIFF ACTION AGAINST THEM AND BAN THIS FRAUDSTER COMPANY.
