I had ordered for a inscribed pen for a friends birthday as a gift. Its been more than ** days now. When had called them about ** ago they said that the pen ordered was out of stock and so were asked to chose another pen. On doing the same also no pen has been delivered till date and their customer care number from the site does not respond. Its this a fraud company?
