Recently, I purchased a Mahindra XUV *** w*(o) AMT model and installed their Bluesense Plus app for alerts, but I am not receiving any notifications for any alerts.
I have checked my notification settings, and they are turned on for your app. I have also tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app, but the issue persists. I have missed several critical alerts due to this problem.
From a security point of view, it's very important to be notified in case of any geofence or engine start/stop alert.
I have already raised this issue with their customer support and showroom from where I bought this car but no reply from them since last couple of weeks.

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
