I booked Magnite XE (Blade Silver color) online on Nissan's website on December **, **** by making a payment of Rs. *****. Nissan promised all the bookings done till December **, **** will be given price protection and XE model was priced at Rs. *.** lakhs ex-showroom. After a few follow-ups, they promised to give the delivery of the car in July ****. But, they did not. In August-September ****, I received a WhatsApp message seeking payment for the car. I contacted the RM requesting him to arrange the delivery of the car in the auspicious period of Navratras and committed to make the payment as the delivery date is confirmed. He said I have the car now, and I'll try to hold the car till Navratri period. But, when I contacted him again in October when Navratras started, he told me that they have given it to someone else and don't have the XE model now and don't know when it will be delivered to them again by Nissan Motor India again. Since then, I have been contacting them to deliver the car, buy they have been making excuses that there is no car available, or there is delay from Nissan, or the Blade Silver color is not available. After so many follow-ups, now they are saying that you'll get the car at an increased price. They have been sitting on my booking amount since December **** and now saying that you'll have to make payment as per the increased ex-showroom/on-road prices. This is a complete cheating from Nissan Motor India and it's dealer YouWe Nissan. They have sold my allotted car to someone else at an increased price, and want me also to pay increased price, as against their initial commitment to deliver it at Rs. *.** lakh. I need you to kindly help me in this matter in order to safeguard my rights of getting the car at the committed price. Thank you!
