Sanku Ganeswara Rao filed complaint against Daikin on May 19, 2019
We bought new Daikin AC *.* star * ton from local shop Sowndarya Shoppe in Eluru on *.**.****. Next day two unprofessional people installed. Same day water got leaked from the inside unit and the outdoor unit also damaged. The installation team didn't connect the wire properly inside. So we called customer care regarding this problem continuously and they told some engineer will come but no one came. From **th May to till yesterday we have been calling customer care and emailed to them also. Yesterday one engineer came he said installation not good and gas is leaked and said they repair soon. No proper action from them. We bought the AC because of the summer now it became useless to us and suffered so much. Please get proper action from them we want them to take their unit and refund us.
