Mahindra & Mahindra - New vehicle not delivered

I am flashing this note for your immediate attention on the below points. I really had some serious concerns about Mahindra over service.

*. Firstly, in Mahindra website delivery date was mentioned *th Apr ****. (Refer attach snap shot from Mahindra website)
*. Secondly, they mentioned in email next tentative date on **th Apr ****.
*. Lastly, as per Nagaraj ASM Of Mahindra he had mentioned another new delivery date as **th Apr ****.

On all the above points Mahindra Team had done many changes in the delivery date with false promises to me as a customer. I am really very sad to mentioned that is this the way Mahindra deal with new customers?

From all the above points, I would urge you to make me escalate to Mahindra in understanding on the actual root cause of the delay in delivery of the vehicle on time which at first was mentioned *th Apr **** (As per Mahindra website).

These many changes shows that there internal system is not full proof which will commit to show the correct vehicle delivery date. Till date I did not get the vehicle delivered.

I am really not sure what's wrong had happen in my case. And now due to Mahindra's internal delay I have to pay the next price hike of approx Rs.**k which is really not at all acceptable in my case.

Hence, keeping all the above points & situation I would strongly need an escalation to the higher officials of Mahindra.
