- New cooking hob not working Closed
I purchased the Elica stove and chimney on *th July ****. The next day onwards one of the burner was not working on autoignition. It was also making loud sound when the gas is on.
I had sent a complaint to the customer care and a person came to check. He made a very unreliable comment asking me to tap on the knob every time the burner is not working.
I don't think this is possible everytime we switch on the stove. The same burner is also making a loud noise when on for more than ** minutes. I have to immediate switch if off. The chimney is extremely loud and noisy. We were not told about this. I am extremely dissatisfied with the product.
Already * people have come home and no progress has been made. I stay with my husband and children and I wouldn’t want any OUTSIDER inside my house in this pandemic time. It is a risk to our lives.
I think it is important that the common people know about this and think before they put their hard earned money to buy this product.
I need a REFUND to be done and I want to get over with this. It is a mental harassment for me every time I enter the kitchen to cook.

I bought one elica chulha and today with a use of continues * hour it blasted like a bomb...such a pathetic and poor quality products they are designing...

I ordered a chimney on *th March ****. That shop keeper is kept on saying today and tomorrow. He has not delivered the product yet. He is not returning my money also....
