I have purchased Erika Chimney on **th September.
Within * days I had to get it service as it is not working. And after the service now within * days again had a same complaint the door is not opening, again I need to wait for ** hours to get the service. How long should I keep doing this office works in house works.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.

My New Elica Chimney stopped working on second day after installation, I raised a copmplaint but they are not solving the problem, Elica is Selling Defective products and wants to make money out of them.
