Kia India - NEW BOOKED CAR NOT DELIVERED BY SHREENATH KIA ADAJAN AFTER 29 WEEKS

I have booked KIA SONET HTK GREY dated **.**.**** from Shreenath Kia Adajan Surat Gujarat after paying Rs **,*** booking amount. I was informed waiting period of ** weeks in writing. Till date even after ** weeks my car yet not delivered. Shree Kia Adajan staff including General Manager Sales are continuously giving fake commitments. KIA customer care also not replying properly. They are saying you have to wait & there will be further *& half month delay making **th March. i.e. ** weeks period instead of ** weeks quoted. Since last * months I have been given a lot of mental harassment. Further after *** days of booking i.e. ** weeks Company has increased car price. Company quoted ** weeks at the time of booking. So if i got booked car during waiting period I would not have to pay extra. Because of Company fault I have to pay extra money. I want to sell my existing car after receipt of new car so my car value is also getting decreasing day by day. Shreenath Kia Adajan & Kia Company are not providing proper answers & gives fake commitment only.
