Anshul Thakur filed complaint against Kia India on May 13, 2024
My car had an accident *-* months ago. Kia dealer has repaired it and it is standing in ready to deliver condition since * April but the Insurance that I bought from Kia, which had agreed on email to pay *.** lacs for repair is now denying delivery. I have already paid around * lacs. Now they are asking me to pay remaining amount of cashless insurance as well. They are saying who knows if insurance amount will get delayed for * month or * year or even more.

I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
