I raised a complaint in whirlpool ** days back and their engineers came *-* times but issue not resolved and after ** days of experiment in the last I was told that ac will get replaced but after ** days of that replacement promise I still don't see any progress on it. Outdoor was replaced only but the issue was still not resolved so they said they will replace indoor also but no replacement is done yet for indoor and daily they have new excuses.
I purchased ac in the month of May thinking my family and kids would not suffer in this summer heat. But this ac is having a problem since it was installed. Within ** days it had a gas issue also which also took * week to get resolved. Such a pathetic company with customer-unfriendly policies and upper management of this company is irresponsible who don't care about customers.
Really very frustrated with the whirlpool.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
