I booked an online consultation for a Gaestroentologist ** days ago. I got a confirmation call from MEdlife customer service after half an hour, and I was told that the doctor cannot call back for the next * hours, so I should rather visit the hospital, and he'll refund my amount. I never received that *** rs and infact I have spent ***s of rs in the chargeable call which never gets through. I want to sue the company for my waste of time and money.
