In my case I have a internet connection problem and network problem in my area with Reliance Jio . Because of this issue I have called so many times to their IVR and when I have selected Telugu language they connected it to bhojpuri or Hindi so many times . I have called again by picking English language and it is connected to them . I covered my issue to them after that instead of solving my problem and taking complaint against this they are hope less . When I asked for complaint number they can't even give me that number and after all this nonsense when I am trying to speak with them again they are disconnecting my call please solve my issue if Possible .
