I'm facing serious network coverage issues and no action has been taken on the complaints for the last * months. Every time CC tells the same story "Network team is working on it an will resolve asap". It has been a frustrating and traumatic * months of time with following loses
*. I have * months infant and it been hard to take appointments from doctors over the call
*. I have lost * job change offers as the interviewer tries to call on scheduled time but couldn't or there were multiple call drops with poor voice quality so this is one heavy financial hit for me.
*. Reputation damage in society as people thinks that I purposefully place my phone in the flight mode as I do not want to entertain them because they do not want to believe that such severe network problem can exist in hi-tech cities.
Apart from these I have n number of reason for being mentally frustrated and going through a depression mode now and want to file a proper lawsuit against them.
