Nestaway In Bangalore - Nestaway Not returning my keys severe losses due to this as I am unable to rent out my apartment

Please see the attached communication with Nestaway offboarding team along with my attached contract.
My apartment was rented out through Nestaway since December **** onwards.
On Jan *, ****, I was notified by Nestaway that the tenant has decided to leave. Since then, I have been following up with the team to find out what happens next as tenant did not pay the rent for Dec **** (due by Jan *) and Jan **** (due by Feb *). I was notified that the area manager followed up and the response from tenant was to adjust this against the security deposit.
Please note that after the Nestaway deduction of commission, I am suppose to recieve Rs **,***/ month. I have last received the monthly rent in the month of Dec (for Nov's rent).
The total security deposit held by me is Rs **,***/-
This is just enough to cover the two months of unpaid rent (Dec and Jan).
Please see attached in the F&F settlement Nestaway initially asked me to pay Rs **K which was further reduced to Rs **K. I have no clue how this amount is arrived at and the response from Nestaway's legal team is confusing me even more.
They are not responding to my request for call to understand the maths behind their calculation.

I have the following concern I am looking support for and please note I am currently out of India, so I am not in a position to walk into their offices and have a conversation directly.

*. The security deposit with me (Rs **,***) is just enough to cover two months of rent. Tenant has stayed until *th Feb, if I am to consider the * days rent @ ***** / month i.e Rs ****, Nestaway should pay me Rs ****.
Kindly note that though Nestaway initially credited Rs **,***/- to me as security deposit, just after covid they had a scheme whereby if we return a portion of the SD (in this case Rs **,***) they'd reduce the commission they charged. This was called Privilege SD Deduction and hence the SD I was left with is Rs **,***. This is quoted as well in the calc shared by their offboarding team.
*. As per my contract with Nestaway, this is clearly stated that there is a Rental Default Guarantee. Irrespective of the default payment by the tenant, Nestaway should have credited my account on the *th of every month.
*. My keys are held by them since Feb *th and I am not in a position to rent the apartment yet, this has already lead to losses for me, I am losing out on * months rent for Feb and Mar.
*. In spite of repeated request, Nestaway has not shared the videos or inspection report of the house to state what repairs have been undertaken.
*. To have them manage the tenant and collection of rent, seamless onboard and offboard process, overall property management is all I had hired Nestaway for, but the interaction, unprofessionalism, lack of response and long delays plus the overall insecurity of my property has left me in a severe state of stress especially not being in Bangalore to manage this.

Any help to recover the loss of rent and the overall inspection report of the house along with the repair and maintenance needed will be really helpful
