Nestaway__Deposit Refund__*****
It has been more than an year since my refund of deposit by nestaway. Because of the COVID, They closed their call centers since June **** and I could not reach them via phone. I've sent numerous emails till now to issue my deposit but they are not processing my request. They have recently opened the call center but since I'm a registered customer they are forwarding my call to IVR. They deliberately avoiding my calls. This is pure maleficence and strict action should be taken against them.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
