Anshu bhoj filed complaint against Meesho aap on Dec 29, 2021
I bought * products from Meesho on Oct **th **** and paid for both separately through paytm. I received one product and the other product never delivered to me. I reported the issue to Meesho on Oct **th **** when they marked other product as delivered on Meesho App. When I reported this to them, I was told that I would now get a product by Nov *rd ****. I waited. On Nov *th as they were unable to deliver the product, they promised me a refund of Rs.*** and asked me to update my bank details on Meesho App, so that, they could initiate the refund. Since then I had been following up on my refund status. Now, I am just sick and tired of them because they are doing nothing but torturing me, harrassing me being rude, impolite, irrelevant, talking no sense and just making fool out of me from almost * months. Whenever I call them, every time they have new story to tell me as lame excuse. They are not at all on the same page and running around the bush. Sometimes.. they say that they have already processed the refund and asked me to share my bank details which I did. Sometimes.. they say as per the backend team product has been delivered to me so they are unable to process the refund. Sometimes.. they say they escalated the issue to higher management. I really do not know what they are up to. When I am asking them to share the proof of delivery, they have no answer. It quite evident that, they are just making fool out of me from past * months. No action has been taken from their end. I neither got the product nor refund from Meesho till date. I asked them to share the proof of delivery if they are claiming product is delivered which they have no answer to it because the product was never delivered to me. Please help me out.
