- Negligent Driver and Conductor Open
I Booked a ticket from Pune to Khamgaon from Redbud through Amazon channel, My Ticket id is = **XHC***, and PNR is =*********-*******. I got bus at boarding *.** at Boarding point. As a usual there was dinner hault at **.** am after some distances.
After finishing dinner i am shocked that bus was started to leave place without me. I started running behind the bus with shouting, the conductor has seen me following and running behind the bus but he did not bother to stop the bus as did not recognize me as a passenger. With shouting (and abusing too) i ran behind bus nearly *** meters. But later bus has speeded to long distance and left me behind alone on highway in midnight. I called the bus agency and told about the instance happened with me, he told me that he stopped the bus ahead on highway and I have to get bus any how. I was begging to passing vehicles for a lift but it was fruitless because no one trust anybody in midnight on highway, so I decided to walk until I get the bus. And after midnight fearful walk of approximate **** meters i got a lift from other traveling bus then I realized that I got actual midnight highway walk of * kilometers, and after getting lift nearly * more kilometers i got my bus MH** HB**** (Nilgiri). That means until total ** Km they didn't realize that they have left a passenger behind. When my call make them stopped they have had crossed ** km. And they didn't have any sympathy or Apologize towards me for their wrong. It caused me huge physical torture and loads of fear and mental Harassment. (Copy of ticket attached, and if needed i will attach call recording too.)
