Bono Geetha Felix filed complaint against Indiamart on Nov 7, 2021
My complain is against Indiamart,who referred me Mr.D.Muralidharan, Managing director of PAVI AGRICULTURE ENGINEERING AND TECHNOLOGICAL SERVICES. Till date they still hold him as their "Verified Seller". In my personal experience, he is a fraudulent who did forgery in the name of Contract Farming.
Inspite of my complaint and warning against this seller, Indiamart neglected and ignored my details against Mr.D.Muralidharan. Because of Indiamart references alone I've lost **lakhs.
When I approached Indiamart for support. They did listen to my query but later they replied me,
"This is your problem you have to solve it on your own". So Indiamart neglected my request when I was standing helpless at the time of my losses.
At the end my query. All I wanted Indiamart to blacklist his name from the "Verified Seller" list. But till date they still hold "Pavi Agriculture Engineering and Technological Service," name in their list.
I don't want anyone to get cheated like me in the name of Contract Farming.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
