INDIAMART - Indiamart refuses to honor 100 buyers guarantee

As a buyer, i posted requirement on Indiamart. A fraud contacted me through Indiamart by lying about his company. he asked for payment for sending the stock. Since I didnt trust the person, i paid through indiamart directly to the supplier via their payment gateway where they mentioned ***% Buyer's guarantee.

But it turned out the person was fraud. but anyway my money didnt went to the fraud but to an actual seller on Indiamart. So i complained on the indiamart customer support.

But later it turns out the fraud used my logo as whatsapp image and cheated the actual seller to get refund for the faulty payment. the actual seller is the one who gave money to the fraud.

i have payment proof that i paid through indiamart to seller.
But indiamart doesnt want to own their buyers guarantee and now refusing to give the money back, citing various things why are you conversion outside of indiamart, but their whole ecosystem is to connect buyer and supplier. and moreover i didnt made any transaction with the fraud i made with indiamart only.
