Crocs India Private Limited - Need to replacement of my crocs clog

Greetings of the day!!

I am totally disappointed with the product quality which I have recently purchased on ** Jan **** For INR **** from an authorized dealer in Chennai Tamil Nadu (Metro Brand Ltd) attached Proof of purchase copy for your reference.( Only * year sparingly used and maintained in mint condition) Automatically it's peeling off from the all sides of slippers. I can't believe how it happened to such a huge brand Clogs.!!!!!!!!!!

When I check with reseller directly from the shop they confirmed that this particular model stopped from Crocs due to manufacture defects and declared as failure model. When this particular model declared as Failure why should customer get affected.

I have read through all the details within the accompanying instruction (manual) through online " Subject to inspection and evaluation, CROCS will replace any product that is defective or becomes defective during normal use.

I have been a loyal Crocs customer for more than * years and have always been perfectly satisfied and happy with my purchase. This is the first time something like this has happened with one of your products.

I am hoping that you may be able to send me a replacement product or direct me to a store where I may return the faulty item for a new replacement or Credit back.
