I made a booking in Colive Bangalore on **/**/**** (paid the amount to Colive via Phonepe, the relationship manager contacted me: Ramjit, +************). For about * weeks I have been trying to follow up with the person for the exact location, and details, receiving no updates from the person, even I tried to reach Colive support at +************, posted in their internal form (to get an email), however, received no proper updates from their end. Now I wish to cancel the booking, I heard that Colive is not a trusted brand. I've requested a refund of my booking amount, however, haven't received any proper updates from Colive side. Requesting your help to address this issue.
