There has been an wrong UPI transaction happened on **th October **** at **** PM IST with above mentioned transaction details. When I tried withdrawing the Emergency Cash from Slice Card of ***** rupees, mistakenly it got credited to wrong UPI id as mentioned above.
When contacted the Slice customer support they denied taking a Wrong UPI transaction dispute complaint and redirected me to contact the concerned bank for raising the complaint. When spoken with the ICICI bank branch manager he said that the transaction was not performed in ICICI bank and hence I need to connect with Slice customer support to raise the wrong UPI transaction complaint and the ICICI bank will receive it then they will work on the recovery of the amount.
Kishan N from Slice customer care escalations team mentioned over the call that he will check and help me with further options, but I have not received any sort of help for getting this issue fixed.
Both Slice Card and ICICI bank denied to take the dispute complaint.
So please raise a dispute complaint against the above mentioned wrong UPI transaction and let ICICI bank can work on it.
