Damages
I ordered a shaving trimmer in February ****. I waited for the product to come to date * March ****. It did not arrive. I waited till the next * week but no signs of the item. I contacted the seller and the third party as well for:
*. Delaying the item to reach me.
*. Initiating refund without my permission.
*. Make me pass through this mental agony.
I contacted the seller so many times but there is no response. They just say we will contact you within ** hours but till date, there is no call (Evidence-* attached).
I contacted the third-party seller as well. He has initiated refund without my permission where I was ready to wait for the second shipment they could send. (Evidence-* attached)
Both the seller and the third part seller have made me write so many emails to and fro but never wanted to give the compensation. I want justice and punishment for harassing me mentally, wasting my time and money.
