FURLENCO - Need return or replacement for defective sofa

The new *+* sofa got delivered on **th July ****. After a few hours only we observed multiple cuts of various sides of the sofa. On the same day we created ticket from Furlenco site as customer helpline window get closed in the evening.
Since then we're calling them multiple times to schedule the return/replacement of the sofa. Each time new representative talks and says same thing that we've informed our local team. Each day we've to talk to a new agent and explain the story. No reply to our emails. We did multiple follow ups and feeling very helpless.
We need immediate scheduled date for return/replacement.
