FURLENCO - Nonworking AC installed and leakage in another AC

I ordered * ACs for rent on */**/****. The AC were installed on **/**/**** at my address. One of the AC did not start after installation while other AC leaked water from both indoor and outdoor units. The installation person mentioned that someone would visit to fix the ACs, but no one showed up. I placed service request for both ACs on ** September ****, and received email that I will get a response to this by ** hours. However, there was no response for * days. So I emailed on ** September **** regarding the same and received an email mentioning that my concerns are highlighted. There was again no response. Finally I email the company on ** September, and emailed again ** hours later. There was no response from their side. The company has shown deficiency is service. Therefore I request help of consumer helpline to get them to respond to me. To redress this issue properly, either the company should refund complete paid amount of Rs. *****.** or the company should fix the ACs as soon as possible and also adjust the subscription start date to the date when the issues are fixes and ACs actually start working.
