Vodaidea - Need refund of Access amount in my Bank

Krishna Chandra Jha filed complaint against Vodaidea on May 27, 2020

I have paid an amount of ****/- on dated **st may from my bank account for my mobile number ********** of Vodafone.
I have call customer care of Vodafone for request of f refund my amount in my bank account.

Please refer the below SMS received from Vodafone but ye I have not received my amount.

Hello! Your Refund related request dated **-May-**** **:**:** AM with reference number C***-*********** is registered. Your request will be processed by **-May-**** **:**:** AM.
Hello! Payment of Rs. ****.* is credited to your Vodafone number **********. Your outstanding balance as on ****-**-** is Rs. -****.**.
Hello! Your Refund related request dated **-May-**** **:**:** AM with reference number C***-*********** is registered. Your request will be processed by **-May-**** **:**:** PM.
Hello! Your Payment or Deposit Transfer related request dated **-May-**** **:**:** AM with reference number C***-*********** is registered. Your request will be processed by **-May-**** **:**:** PM.
