I am very disappointed with vodaidea service ,I have booked a postpaid mobile number from there website ,on ** January **** and I have done payment of rupees **** for the premium number ,, from the past ** days nobody has called me for my mobile number and also there customer cares also Making me fool daily . I am fedup from there service , either they should give me postpaid number or refund my money ... This is totally harassment by them...I am feeling helpless ,,, please guide me what to do where to approach ,,I am a handicap person ..
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
