I recently purchased a couple of products from Jabong.com. Some items got automatically cancelled without providing any reason.
When I requested to return two items (Spykar Jeans) of the same order, it never got picked up. When I contacted the customer care, they lodged a complaint (Complaint #: ********), but nothing happened after that. But the status of my return is now shown as: "your return request has been declined". Without, solving the customer complaint how can it be closed?
And the most disgusting part is the customer support executive with whom I spoke. She thought as if she was doing some favour to me by listening to the queries of the customer. She could get any information from my complaint no. After telling her my order no, she reinitiated a pickup for one item instead of two.
After all of this, I emailed to Jabong customer care, but there isn't any response from their side. Please help.
