Hello,
I have bought Airtel Xtreme broadband which was installed by Airtel at my home in Wakad on date **-**-****. It was working as expected till **-**-**** evening. After that it stopped working. So we lodged service request with Airtel with id : *********** on **-**-**** at **:** PM. We received SMS saying that engineer has been allocated and request will be resolved on **-**-****. Till date nobody has arrived and broadband is in same condition i.e. stopped working. So we called customer care several times and each time they assured me that today engineer will come over and resolve the issue.
Till date while lodging this complaint no response from Airtel. So I want my complete amount back as refund including compensation for my loss of days without broadband + all expenses for fighting this case against Airtel.
