Piyush filed complaint against Myntra on Oct 1, 2020
I returned sandals which I ordered from Myntra within * day. Yet the product is on hold due to quality issues.
The product which I received was not upto the standard which I expected so returned it ASAP.
The pickup guy also checked the product and found it OK.
Now myntra is saying that the product is "USED". They donot have anything that proves that the sandals are "USED" eg - the before or after photos of the sandal.
Also I placed the return order in * day, so how can it be caled "used"?
