Amritaksha Chatterjee filed complaint against Myntra on Aug 19, 2019
This pertains to my Myntra order no: *******-*******-******* ft **/*/** of Rs. ****.**. The order was delivered to me on Aug ** around *:** pm and I have initiated the entire order return on the same day within half an of receipt around *:** pm as those products not match my expectations due to non-worthiness of price. However, the person who came to my doorstep for return pickup with return no: **********/**********, didn't pick the returned item as he said there was no product tag pasted on the item. Kindly be noted that adhesive product tags were only pasted on the plastic transparent wrap of those sarees when I recieved those sarees. Snapshots attached. There was no price tag or similar sticker pasted on the body of sarees even when I received those.
Please, re-arrange for return pickup at the earliest and initiate my refund as a part of hassle-free shopping experience. I never experienced such incidents with Amazon/Flipkart.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
